Space Critters offers an engaging puzzle experience where players challenge themselves against the clock to match cubes and unleash combos. Players can utilize the WaterKing Beam to remove obstacles and accumulate points for in-game rewards. The game is centered around a narrative where the Space Critters find themselves in turmoil due to the invasion of the Orange Agents, leading them to embark on a mission to rescue their kind from peril.

In the storyline, the peaceful existence of the Space Critters is disrupted by the arrival of the Orange Agents, compelling them to construct Secret Factories, develop robot pilots, and cultivate Super Fruits to power their spacecrafts. The gradual expansion of these factories results in mass pollution by the Orange Agents, which eventually forces the Space Critters to be abandoned on a nearby moon.

B27 and Blu-E join forces to devise a plan that will save the Space Critters and navigate through the galaxy to ensure their survival!
